I love curries but don't know how to cook can I use your pastes?
Yes, our pastes are so easy to use, all you have to do is open a jar, take out the paste, fry in some oil, add your favourite meat, fish, vegetable or beans, add water and leave to cook.
Can I freeze the paste?
Yes you can, just transfer it to another container and freeze. Alternatively, cook a big batch of the curry and freeze some for later, curry always tastes better the next day.
Is your paste suitable for people who have a gluten intolerance?
Yes, Nanima's Kitchen do not use any flours to bulk up their pastes, they are also dairy free and suitable for vegetarians.
Do I have to use the whole jar?
No, our pastes are not like the ones you buy in the shops, because the spices are concentrated and fresh, a small amount will add flavour and depth to your cooking.
Once opened store the jar in the fridge and use within 3 days.
