Lamb Chops Bengal Style

This simple recipe using Lamb chops is lovely served with quick stir fried cabbage and mashed potatoes.
Ingredients
8 lamb chops
2tbsp oil
1/2 tps salt
1 jar Bengal paste
250ml natural yogurt
2tsp mustard powder
1tbsp chopped fresh coriander
Cooking Instruction
1. Heat the oven 200C/400F, gas mark 6
2. Rub the chops all over with the paste and oil
3. Put the chops in the roasting pan and place in the pre-heated oven for until they start to brown and crisp, about 20 minutes
4. Add the mustard powder and salt to the yogurt and mix, take the chops out of the oven and cover with the yogurt and baste with the juices from the roasting pan.
5. Return to the oven for 15 minutes, sprinkle with chopped coriander before serving.
