We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The personal information, which we hold, will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. We do not disclose any of your information to third parties.

We have an effective security policy that we review regularly. All credit card details are processed online using secure 128 bit encryption over an SSL (secure socket layer) connection via your own Paypal account. Credit card details are not stored after they have been processed.
As our pastes are made to order, we regret we cannot accept cancellation unless we are informed immediately. Notification of cancellation must be in writing via email and within 24 hours of placing your order, unfortunately our banking service provider makes a charge for all card transactions, which we bear. In the event that you cancel the order we will refund you your money less that charge.
TITLE OF GOODS
Goods supplied by Nanima’s Kitchen to customers remain the property of the company, until paid for in full by the customer.
Orders are subject to acceptance by the company and availability of goods and will be invoiced at prices ruling at the time of acceptance. Nanima’s Kitchen will attempt to contact you via email or telephone if details are provided at the time of order being placed.
We accept payment online by VISA, MasterCard and Switch/Maestro using Paypal. If you pick up your order we will also accept payment by Cash or Cheque please ask for details. Value Added Tax is charged at the current rate where applicable.
Orders placed will be delivered within 7 working days maximum, unless we have contacted you and agreed alternative terms. (Usually orders are dispatched within 72 hours of receipt of order as long as all ingredients are in stock, if there is a problem with our suppliers we will notify you before the goods are despatched). There is minimum order of 4 jars (180g) to enable us to recoup our efforts. Our hours of trading are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) Alternatively if you live in West London, you may wish to collect your order from our offices by prior arrangement.
Delivery is via Royal Mail standard service and delivery time is between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Where nobody is present at the time of delivery or parcels cannot be delivered, a calling card is left and it is your responsibility to collect your items. Other delivery services may be used as deemed necessary depending on nature of the goods.
Someone needs to be available at the customer's elected delivery address. If customer requires delivery on a specific date, we will endeavour to deliver on the elected date, subject to availability, and delivery date being a minimum of 72 hours from order date
These are calculated in accordance with the value of each individual product. Postage/delivery costs are in addition to this and are calculated by the shipments total weight. Total postage and packing costs therefore vary depending upon your order and are summarised in the final stages of the checkout.
Carriage prices cover most of Mainland UK. However areas outside Mainland UK will be subject to delivery surcharges. Please contact us for details.
In the event of a claim needing to be made please contact us via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of the delivery.
All goods must be checked and counted upon receipt. Any shortages must be brought to our attention by email at email@example.com, within 48 hours of receipt of order

We will provide a full refund (excluding delivery charges) if the product you have selected is found to be unsuitable within 7 working days following delivery, providing the product is returned in it’s original box, in ‘as new’ and unmarked condition complete with all packaging and accessories.
No returns will be entertained unless the above conditions are strictly adhered to.
No credit or refund will be give for any goods ordered in error by the customer.
None of the foregoing effects your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you find that you are not satisfied with any product or service please feel free to contact our customer service department at email@example.com. Our hours of trading are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). We will endeavour to resolve any claim made as soon as possible.
MISTAKES IN PAYMENTS
Any mistakes in payments will be rectified as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to do so.
All goods offered by the company are guaranteed to meet statutory requirements. However, the company cannot accept responsibility where goods supplied are subject to further processing by the customer.
Please read and adhere to the instructions that are supplied with all our products.
Nanima’s Kitchen will give no credit or refund for any losses due to incorrect storage of any goods supplied by Nanima’s Kitchen.
All of our food products are zero rated for VAT purposes.
If VAT or other relevant taxation changes, we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly.
